In summary...
In the last few days I've:
- bought, started and finished the new Harry Potter
- burned on top of my original burn
- bought a new bikini
- bought 3 new shirts, when I should have been looking for shorts and/or capris
- ran around with a bunch of 5/6 year olds playing soccer
- been mildly anti-social
- watched the new Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and laughed my ass off
- decided that Richard Roeper (as in the guy who took over for Siskel) is a dick
- become very frustrated by my essay project
- tried to decide if Stars "Your ex-lover is dying" or Arcade Fire's "Rebellion (lies)" is my current favourite song
- got my tickets for Toronto
- discovered that smart cars come in PINK!! which had increased my interest in them by 10 fold
- gossiped about my fab weekend to anyone who will listen
- generally have maintained a relaxed, zen like attitude despite the general stress of life
I must see these new purchases. Also, yes, Roeper = ass. I'd even elevate that to asses, because seriously, what the hell?
ok, the part about women not listening to the message and then asking "what's the game plan?" um.. somebody needs to write an article about how men would 1. listen to the message, 2. still not understand the game plan, 3. call back and have it explained again, 4. still possibly screw up game plan. i agree, this dude is a dick.
